Participants have to ensure that they must WIn. However, how will they negotiate with other team members to achieve a winning strategy? How will they develop trust in negotiation? This is one of the most popular games that we have and really stayed in participants’ mind even after a few years!
Learning Objectives:
- Whenever communication fails, it creates mistrust, therefore causing everyone to act in their own interests.
- Trust is NOT easily gained and IS easily lost.
- This activity uncovers the mindset behind each person when they play.
- Learn NOT to tolerate behaviours that sabotage the group’s efforts.
