Just want to share with you that my article is featured in the Recruit Section of the Straits Times. I previously wrote so many articles to them and this one got published! This incident taught me about persevering to achieve results!

Congrats! I have just read through the article. Clear and agree with the points. I would also like to share some other points I learn from some senior HR managers: 1) Listen to the others well 2) Be able to screen through (even what has already been good) what can be improved and make it happen and 3) Consistently deliver what has been said. This, I believe, also distinguishes good and great people.
